I’m a Space Organizer / De-Clutterer Creative Consultant / Project Cheerleader and Virtual Assistant Supporting you to invite spaciousness, ease, and flow into your life, all while continuing to thrive and bring your brilliance forward in this busy world.
Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve been organized. I liked having my space orderly. I enjoyed having my items in place and always felt better when things weren’t “in the way.” I liked the sense of control it gave me when so often I didn’t feel I had any.
Up until a few years ago though, I felt I was running on empty trying to micro-manage every aspect of my life, acting on hyper-vigilance, and fearing everything was falling apart. I knew this was not sustainable and I had to change, so off I went on a (sometimes and often flailing) journey of introspection.
I decided to tap into what my body was telling me and listen to its messages that I had ignored for so long. I began...
Resting instead of pushing.
A daily practice of meditating, writing, breathwork, body movement, and time in nature.
Leaning into like-minded community and friendships.
As time went on, the space I had created allowed me to see my life more clearly.
I started to recognize when a decision felt good to me or it was a clear no. I strengthened parameters around work. I could discover what brought pleasure and happiness. I deepened how I wanted to feel in my home environment. I could relax more and assess from a clearer place what actions made the most sense for me to move forward.
Of course this has not been easy, and it is an ongoing pursuit! More often than not, it's felt like waking up groggy from a societal haze that’s indoctrinated and conditioned me how to think and live, since birth. It's so easy to feel like...
Our productivity is directly related to our value.
We have to live up to standards sold to us regarding our residence and work environments.
Everything has to be accomplished alone, that independence and individualism is a badge of honor.
Asking for help is a weakness.
This cultural idea is burning out even the most talented multi-taskers.
There’s no time like the present to become intentional about our lives. We can...
Rid ourselves of unwanted and no longer useful items in our spaces that no longer serve us - releasing the past so we can look towards our future.
Organize areas to make them more functional for our lifestyle right now - creating simpler solutions that don't add extra labor.
Arrange our calendars to account for time related to work, personal relationships and self attention - fashioning a life we look forward to leading.
Set goals into action that are based on what we truly desire - crafting a one-step-at-a-time, sustainable and manageable existence.
So much of living as a human is out of our control, and there's no denying it! What we do have is an unknown amount of time to spend. We can always pursue a life with as much freedom and intention as we desire.
I am fully vaccinated and boosted and wear a mask at all times during in-person sessions. I ask that my clients reciprocate this so that we all remain healthy and safe. Thank you!
