Discerning between what we actually and truly believe versus what we were conditioned to believe can feel like walking in the wilderness with no compass. Many of us were not encouraged to trust our hearts and intuition. In fact, sometimes it was seen as dangerous and downright criminal to take action that goes against the accepted grain.
