How do you accept payment? - Preferred payment is by Zelle. Other payment options are via Venmo or Square. Payment in full is required in advance of your session to secure the date, or, depending on the project, a percentage of the estimated hours.
Where is your in-person service area? - New York City and Westchester. Travel charges may apply.
Do I need to prep for our session? - Items to have on hand are trash and recycling bags. Otherwise, please don't "clean up." The best way to figure out how to organize and declutter your space is to see how you live now, and we'll work out what's best moving forward.
Do you work on weekends? - Yes!
How do I cancel a session? - Contact me with more than 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the full amount of the session will be retained as a cancellation fee.
