FAQ's

Where do you offer your services? - New York City! Other nearby areas could include: Westchester, NJ, or Upstate NY, depending on the project. A travel charge may be applied for certain locations. 

What are your rates? - Since your needs are unique, they depend on what service you are seeking, and if I'm in-person or virtual. We can chat about this and your goals and timeline during our consult. 

How long does a project take? - It depends! A closet will take less time than a full kitchen. Sifting and letting go of precious mementos will take longer than areas that are less sentimental. Working often and for longer periods will finish the project faster than a spread-out schedule. 


How do I know what service is right for me? - That's why I offer a free consult. I can learn about your space, your goals, your specific situation, and any other important points relevant to the project. Then I can recommend where to begin, and what services might work best for you. 

Do you work with hoarding situations? - I don't work with hoarding clients, but many of my colleagues in NAPO do specialize. Click the NAPO link and search the directory for that specialization. 

What are your hours? - Typically weekdays 10 am-5 pm. However, depending on the situation, daily hours could begin earlier, and some availability on weekends as needed. I work with clients with this, so please inquire. 

What payment do you accept? - All payments are processed securely through the Square platform. 


What should I do to prepare before a decluttering or organizing session? - Trash and recycling bags are the most important things to have on hand. 

What is your work style? - I'm curious, communicative, empathetic, and focused. I like to stay on task, I have a sense of humor and fun in what I do, and I'm sensitive to my clients and their flow. If we need to take a break, we do! If there is a sense of urgency, I understand that, too. This work is very specific and individual to you, and I work to bring my talents and personality to your project.
